Wow.  Just wow.  The studio is rented so we’re down to just one vacancy today, a very nice 1/1 a few blocks from the Plaza district (12th & Pennsylvania).  We have two additional vacancies pending, a charming 2/1 on Eubanks near 36th and a generous 3/2 on 29th.  The 29th St. house is occupied so showing in time blocks and by appointment only but will be available for occupancy on September 1st. .  The Eubanks home is being renovated and may be ready for September 1st as well but not certain yet.
