Here are some quick answers to our most commonly asked questions.  If you have others to add, send a comment for consideration.

• Pets are accepted in all single-family homes with fenced yards
• Duplexes, apartments, or single-family homes with shared yards accept cats only
• There is no bottom credit score, we are more interested in your past tenant history and current availability to pay rent
• If there are no vacancies or the current openings do not meet your needs, you may complete an application in advance, at no cost, to be first in line for the next availability
