The studio apartment is rented but we have a couple of other properties coming along quickly, first is a 3/2 in the Sequoyah neighborhood near Young’s  and 31st and in a week or so, a nice 2/1 near Drexel Park at 26th and Independence.  The 2/1 is currently featured so you can check it out above, pics and video coming today on the 3/2.  Hope everyone is enjoying this fabulous weather!
