Application

• Applications/Approvals can usually be done within 24 hours.  We may need to see paycheck stubs or similar as verification of employment/income.
• We provide an on-line, no-cost application service, contact us and we will send a link to your email.
• There is no fee for the initial application, however, if we agree to go forward, we do require a background check for each adult on the lease, it is $35 per person and is paid directly to the background check agency
• We will need to meet you in person before finally move-in but that can be done the day of move-in if everything else is in order.
