After a quiet summer, lots going on! We have a darling studio that is ready for rent as of today and a large 1/1 just off Pennsylvania Avenue and walking distance to the Plaza district. We just acquired a very nice 2 bed/1 bath in the urban core – pictures soon, and in September there will be a large 3/2 – also in the in urban core.  Stay posted here for more information and stay cool outside 😛
